Graphic (and vintage) tees are always a "go-to" article of clothing for us. You can dress them in so many different ways and with so many different types of outfits that the possibilities are endless. We believe that graphic tees are always in style but especially in transition periods when the weather is in between hot and chilly and quite inconsistent - graphic tees come in perfectly. Check out how we sported two very different graphic tees two different ways.
I wore my Trunk ‘Misfits’ long sleeve baseball/raglan style graphic tee which I am totally obsessed with because of it’s design. I ordered it in a bigger size than I normally would on purpose... so that I could wear it in different ways and because I wanted to wear it super baggy. In today’s post, I'm wearing the shirt slightly tucked in to - half tucked in, half tucked out, to show off the details of my beautiful J Brand patchwork jeans that I decided to pair my graphic tee with. I could have gone with an even sloppier look by leaving my shirt completely untucked and allow it to hang low baggy. This shirt is perfect to wear with jeans, tucked into a leather skirt for a night out, or with a pair of sweatpants when you're hanging out at home. I decided to stick with a black theme for the accessories accompanying my look. I wore my go-to flat Ancient Greek black criss-cross sandals - they are super comfortable and perfect for this iffy hot/cold transitioning weather period that we are in. For the final touches of my outfit, I wore a simple black choker, my beloved Komono ‘Vivien’ round sunglasses, and finally some hints of gold on my hands - my mini Vita Fede ‘Titan’ bracelet and my Dannijo ‘Luke’ gold band ring. Felt like a total rockstar in this graphic tee look ;)
I love the edgy feel to my outfit in today’s post with my grungy, vintage tee tucked into a pair of cropped and flared jeans paired with my adorable black suede Steve Madden ‘Wails' Mary Jane pumps - giving the whole look a real rocker(ish) vibe, while also keeping it feminine and my style at the same time. The addition of my awesome Choked by a Thread chained black bandana choker and my big buckled black B-Low the Belt ‘Frank belt gave the look even more edge which I loved. I feel like whenever I am rocking a vintage or graphic too, there is a sense of real edge in my outfit and I like to elaborate on that by matching the look with eccentric and fun accessories or different shoes, etc. I love giving the whole vintage tee look a cleaner vibe by tucking it into a pair of jeans, like I did in today’s post. This gives some sophistication to my look and adds more flare then if I had just left the shirt untucked over a pair of jeans without the belt. Love this look & vintage/ graphic tees!
