CAN SUEDE & LEATHER GO TOGETHER?
We are beyond thrilled to finally reveal our blog - Yin 2my Yang! We won’t lie, it was difficult to decide on a perfect debut post for something that means so much to us. We wanted something that would stand out while simultaneously communicating our concept - through fashion of course.
So we’re giving you a glimpse into who we are as individuals - a “meet Sophie and Charlotte” if you will…
So let’s get to these jackets…how cool are they!?
If you haven’t heard of Jaydee you are in for an amazing find. Their personalized jackets are a fusion of fashion and art - the ultimate forms of expression. Looking for something more trendy and less personal? Jaydee has a ton of fun and unique pieces that will add some character to your closet!
If you’ve read our About page, you’ll know the concept of our blog - we are two sisters with varying tastes in fashion that when put together create our complimentary styles.
I decided to go with the suede more fitted version of the Jaydee customized jacket, pairing it with a simple black t-shirt tucked into black skinny jeans. Even though my jacket is black, the personalization and suede material make a statement - which is why I paired it with simplicity. I wanted the jacket to be the main statement and focus of my outfit. Being a huge sneaker lover, I finished off my look with a pair of Comme des Garçons x Converse low top sneakers. These exclusive sneaks are unique and add even more flair to my, otherwise simple, outfit. With the Jaydee customized jacket, these sneaks make it edgy....And oh how I love that cute little cartoon heart! :)
I went with more of a moto look, pairing the leather baggier version of the Jaydee customized jacket with my go-to jeans and a black turtleneck. I polished off my look with a pair of black leather Christian Louboutin boots, giving my look a girly-biker vibe. Oh she fancy, huh?
We hope you guys enjoy our first post and blog debut! More importantly, we hope you are just as excited as we are to begin this fashion journey with all of you!
